**Entries will be integers from 0 to 100, representing 0% to 100%. No fractional percentages are allowed in the survey. The survey is being conducted by the “Survey Monkey” web site. Survey Monkey will ask for your email address as well, in order that we may know how to contact the winner. By entering the contest you agreeing to be signed up for our Weekly Updater email list. Each email address will be allowed one entry. Any one who enters more times than that will have his entries discarded.

The contest results will be determined by the percentage of assets returned to the personal account of Lawrence G. McMillan. This account was completely in cash on the day of the bankruptcy. Hence the contest may not end until the bankruptcy proceedings are concluded, which could take a considerable amount of time.

The winner will be the entrant who comes closest to the actual percentage. If there is a tie, the winner will be determined by random drawing.

Example 1: Assume the account contained $80,000 in cash when MF Global declared bankruptcy. Furthermore, assume that – over the course of time – a total of $50,375 was returned to McMillan, perhaps in several stages. That is a percentage of 62.97% ($50,375 divided by $80,000). Therefore all entries of 63% would be in the final drawing to determine the winner.

If no one has picked 63%, then the entries that picked 62% would be next closest and would participate in the winning drawing. If there are none at 62%, then 64% would be next, and then 61%, and so forth.

Example 2: as above, assume the original account was worth $80,000 in cash. Assume that, over time, exactly $42,000 was returned. That is a percentage of 52.5%. Therefore all entries of 52% and 53% would participate in the final drawing.
