Stan’s Options Challenge: Question #2

    ABC stock is trading at $100 and you’ve decided to put on the 90/100/110 butterfly spread. There are 3 months to expiration. You can establish the position with Calls for a $2 debit, with Puts for a $1.90 debit, or as an Iron butterfly (Puts and Calls) for a credit of $7.75. There is no dividend and the risk free rate is 6%. The method with the highest profit potential is:

    A) with Calls
    B)  with Puts
    C)  as an Iron Butterfly
    D)  depends on the volatility of the option
